The Spacal house is situated on the tip of the promontory of Pirano by the lighthouse, directly facing the sea.
The house has been refurbished in 2010 and 2021.
The second floor apartment has two terraces.
One of 35m2, with deckchairs available, hand-made wooden table and chairs. The view is breathtaking and will mesmerize you.
The second terrace of 17m2 is located on the roof, from here the view is 360 °, over the whole of Piran, the lighthouse and towards three countries: Croatia, Slovenia and Italy. On beautiful days with clear air you can see the snow-capped Alps.
The beach is a street’s widht away.
Inside, the apartment is very spacious and is divided into two floors.
Entering from the terrace we have the kitchen, equipped with induction hob and dishwasher. Interior table with chairs. Full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed.
The internal wooden staircase leads up to the second floor, where we find the living room with TV (the sofa becomes a double sofa bed), a second bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed.
From here a further wooden staircase connects with a loft, with two mattresses on the floor, a place designed for children and young people.
The second wooden staircase gives access to the roof sky terrace, from where you will have the best view in all of Piran.

Our position
Sea view terrace apartment Spacal in Piran is located on the top of the promontory in Piran.
Directly facing the sea and the only house in Piran with two huge terraces on the sea.
Pirano is a no traffic zone which will allow you to relax body and soul far from the noisiness of the city resting your sights on the blue of the sea and the tranquil rythem of the town. If you travel by car there is a garage where you can leave your car.
From there you can call a free transport service that will take you and your luggate to our house.
