The Spacal House sits at the very tip of the Piran promontory, right next to the historic lighthouse, directly overlooking the sea. Completely refurbished in 2010 and 2021, this home blends modern comfort with the unique artistic soul of Lojze Spacal.
Every detail reflects the artist’s vision: restored 19th-century doors, walls handcrafted from driftwood by Spacal himself, wooden interior stairs, and floors that give the apartment a warm, maritime atmosphere.
Two Terraces with Unforgettable Views
This second-floor apartment offers two private terraces:

Main terrace (35 m²): furnished with sun loungers, a handmade wooden table and chairs. Perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the breathtaking sea view—it feels like the bow of a ship floating above the water.

Sky terrace (17 m²): on the roof, providing 360° panoramic views over Piran, the lighthouse, and the meeting point of three countries: Slovenia, Italy, and Croatia. On clear days, the snow-capped Alps are visible in the distance.
The sea is literally a street’s width away, making it easy to jump in for a swim before returning to your private terraces.

Our position
Sea view terrace apartment Spacal in Piran is located on the top of the promontory in Piran.
Directly facing the sea and the only house in Piran with two huge terraces on the sea.
Pirano is a no traffic zone which will allow you to relax body and soul far from the noisiness of the city resting your sights on the blue of the sea and the tranquil rythem of the town. If you travel by car there is a garage where you can leave your car.
From there you can call a free transport service that will take you and your luggate to our house.
